Platform Updates and Software Release Notes – January 2021

In 2021, we doubled the number of applications we work with to more than 660.


Here are a few recent platform update highlights:


NICE DCV on AWS and Microsoft Azure – NICE DCV is a high-performance remote display protocol that provides customers with a secure way to deliver remote desktops and application streaming from any cloud or data center to any device, over varying network conditions.  Learn more here.

Abaqus 2021X (Dassault Systemes) – The Abaqus Unified FEA product suite offers powerful and complete solutions for both routine and sophisticated engineering problems covering a vast spectrum of industrial applications.  Learn more here.

Ansys Polyflow v.2020.R2 – Ansys Polyflow is advanced general purposed finite-element-based CFD software for the analysis of laminar flows typical in polymer processing and glass forming.  Learn more here.

BeeGFS v.7.2– BeeGFS is a parallel file system, developed and optimized for high performance computing.  It includes a distributed metadata architecture for scalability and flexibility reasons.  Its most important aspect is data throughput.  Learn more here.

COMSOL Multiphysics v.5.6 – COMSOL Multiphysics allows the creation of physics-based models and simulation applications by enabling you to combine multiple physics in any order for simulations of real-world phenomena, and giving you the tools to build your own simulation apps.  Learn more here.

LAMMPS Molecular Dynamics Simulator v.3Oct2020 – LAMMPS, which stands for Large-scale Atomic/Molecular Massively Parallel Simulator, is a classical molecular dynamics code with a focus on materials modeling.  Learn more here.

PowerFLOW 6-2020-r2 (Dassault Systemes) – PowerFLOW is computational fluid dynamics simulation software that improves product design and development by accurately predicting real world conditions.  Learn more here.
